The property was located in a great spot that was an easy walk, 3 minutes, down the side street to the Il Capo Market area and very close to all other sites in the downtown Palermo area. The apartment was newly remodeled and very clean. It was equipped well with kitchen utensils and bathroom supplies. The host was very attentive and provided us with a list of attractions and sites nearby to see. That was appreciated.

My only complaint was that the apartment was noted as being on the 2nd floor. In this case with the configuration of the entrance and the staircase it was more like the 3rd floor in reality. The staircase was very narrow and hauling suitcases up was more of a chore than expected.

L'appartamento in sé era carino e ben arredato, con una buona posizione a Palermo.

Ci sono stati troppi disagi. Non ho ricevuto da nessuno le istruzioni su come accedere in appartamento, ho dovuto chiedere io il numero della struttura per inviare il documento e avere informazioni su come entrare. Avevamo detto che saremmo arrivati dopo le 17 e che avremmo ricevuto un codice temporaneo per accedere, perché la persona con cui avevamo parlato poteva non essere raggiungibile a quell'ora per aprirci. Questo codice non l'abbiamo mai ricevuto. Arrivati dopo le 17 (di ritorno dal mare), non siamo nemmeno potuti entrare perché la donna delle pulizie aveva appena iniziato a pulire, e siamo rimasti più di mezz'ora ad aspettare fuori. Non ho visto una gestione matura della situazione, non ci ritornerei.
