The apartment is quite big and well located. Nice balcony. Quiet neighborhood with a supermarket nearby.

There are a few things that definitely need improvement, and I’m sharing them so the host can enhance the overall experience: * The apartment has a beautiful structure and balcony, and it is very spacious. However, the decoration feels quite improvised. There are several random wallpapers throughout the apartment, which make it look poorly decorated. The sofa cushions also look old and dirty, to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on them. * There is a coffee machine, but no capsules provided. It would be nice to have at least four as a courtesy. I initially thought this was the case, since there are four capsules next to the machine, but they don’t fit, which makes me think they were left behind by previous guests. * Although it is a self check-in, it’s not easy to find the location. I had to walk around several times with my luggage before I could locate it. * The mattress needs to be replaced. It is uncomfortable and seems worn out, with noticeable dips. * The host sends many rules before arrival, which is understandable, but the tone comes across as rude and not very welcoming, with repeated mentions of fines. Rewriting this in a more polite and friendly way would make a big difference. * The shower door cannot be closed, as it seems to be stuck or possibly broken. This should be fixed.

Great location (direct tram from centrale station and 20 minutes from Duomo). In apartments is almost everything you need for spending a few days.

I really missed a large salad bowl and cutting board in the kitchen)

Location molto centrale in città studi. Staff molto disponibile alle mie richieste (padelle e pentole nuove subito portate dato che le altre erano rovinate)
