Flamingo Lane House - Entire House 3BD2BA w Peloton & Tesla Chgr

I've stayed at the home twice now and not dissappointed. In addition, we booked again for an upcoming event in the area. The online pictures are a good and accurate representation including the very large screen living room TV and TV's in every bedroom; easy to add apps like Youtube TV. The kitchen is adequatly stocked for general cooking needs; everything in good condition. And the entire house is spotless; housekeepers do a great job with personal touches throughout,...ample bath towels folded on every bed, fresh linens, extra toiletries, candles for scents, stocked coffee bar (grinder for your own beans), laundry detergent. The home has a feel good vibe when you walk in. I have not used the backyard but it's a nice size for a family. Jose, the owner, communicates promptly and throughout the stay just checking in. The neighborhood is safe; lots of families with children playing in their yards...Elementary school around the corner, along with a lot of excellent ethnic restaurants nearby and the Dallas Arboretum. For the the rental price, it's a great value, and nothing is compromised.

The house was exceptionally clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The layout was nice and the amenities were great.

The front porch steps need some work and the bathrooms need a shelf for the towels and hooks on the back of the doors.

The hosts thought of most everything. The house was very well stocked. The TV was great, coffee bar was well stocked, the kitchen as well. Everything worked well and the house smelled clean and was!

Can’t think of anything for a rental property that wasn’t as expected.
