La struttura si trova nel pieno centro di Volterra al piano terra di un vicolo estremamente tranquillo. L'appartamento a prima vista può apparire piccolo ma al suo interno gli spazi sono sfruttati in maniera ottimale dando priorità alla stanza da letto luminosa e tranquilla. La cucina ha tutto quello ci cui si ha bisogno (frigo, forno a microonde, etc) e i mobili sono disposti in maniera ottimale nello spazio. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Soggiorno, anche se di lavoro, estremamente piacevole e rilassante al di fuori delle attività lavorative. Consigliato solo per una persona o una coppia.
