Pier View Skegness

Love this place are second stay and will be back. Got everything u need and in a great location. Bed is comfy, kitchen has everything u need to keep you going! Few minor hiccups that we spoke to the lady about witch they are aware of. Other than that we love this place Greta value for money. And it's nice to see money spent on it. Little tocuhes here n there keeping it up to date.

No hot water, they are aware of it tho boiler being repaired. Tele in living room didn't work they are aware and sorting TV Ariel out.

TV in both lounge and bedroom did not work Shower ran hot then cold throughout whole shower each time

Very central. Clean. Easy to contact staff and manager. If the issues I have described can be fixed, this place is a real gem! Of course you don’t want to spend your time in front of a television on a short break but when you’re there with a 6 year old and want to rest an hour, it’s not obvious to expect a young child to sit on the carpet and stare at the wall.

Advertised as having TV, WiFi and there was no WiFi and the televisions (main room & bedroom) were malfunctioning. There is a security light that flashes constantly throughout the night on the bedroom side of apartment 3; 10 seconds on; 10 out approximately). The curtains are not very thick so it wasn’t easy to sleep and was not restful. The locking mechanism upstairs is not easy; it’s not pleasant to struggle with a box lock when you should just have to unlock a door or type a code on your holiday. If you have long nails: bring a tool! I cannot criticise the manager as he did ask someone to come and help but I did convey my disappointment as when features are advertised and meant to be there, they should be there: saying: WiFi don’t work in Skegness is not enough - same for the tv.

Great location, right opposite the pier!

The room was very cramped, tv didn't work, limited facilities/equipment. Overall very disappointed!
