"Great flat close to everything we needed. Little shop underneath which came in very handy. Place was clean, had everything needed for our stay. Tracey and Sergui were really helpful and good to us ..."

Great location by the pier / beach front. The property had what we needed (bed, hob, microwave & fridge). Property was clean, although showing signs of being well used.
THERE IS NO HOT WATER AND THIS HAS BEEN THE CASE SINCE AUGUST (based on our experience & the reviews posted). We notified the owner who thanked us for bringing this to their attention! The pictures posted in the property description are an amalgamation of the three apartments within 'Pier View', as are the reviews. An hour before checkin we chased for the door codes. Received these from Booking.com an hour after checkin time.

Location spot on. On the front side of shop and pubs .
Very steep stairs upto landing area, vehicles at night set light sensors off so it shines through side of blackout curtains. If not up early loss of hot water in shower.

Cleanliness was good. Good space. Great location.
No hot water out of sink tap no matter how long we ran the tap for. Very hard to regulate the shower temperature it was either too hot or too cold 😅

Great location
Told the boiler had just broken down & couldn’t be fixed until after the weekend. No heating or hot water. However was given a portable heater which kept the apartment warm ( but needed to keep it on constantly) When we left we unplugged the heated & the plug was very hot ( feel sure it shouldn’t get that hot) Electric shower so hot water not a problem there until final morning when it kept switching from hot to cold. So not good.
