Apartamentos Puerta los Castañares B

Newly-modernised, small and well-equipped attractive ground floor apartment, on the northern edge of town centre, close to many tapas bars and a couple of restaurants. Access to the apartment was via coded key safes and the owner was instantly available on WhatsApp to answer any queries. The terrace is entirely shaded by a sail for privacy and has furniture. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, 2-ring hob, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Big and comfortable bed and an electric radiator for taking any chill off. Everything new.There is parking right outside the door, but there was a cattle fair on while we were there (mid-May) and, as the apartment is right in the zona ferial, vehicle access was restricted to loading/unloading, and finding parking elsewhere in town was extremely difficult, and having found a space, it left us feeling a bit trapped. Check the Constantina town hall website for any feria events before booking. That said, it was quite fun.

The only real downside is that there is absolutely no sound proofing from the neighbouring apartment - we could hear their normal conversation, yawning, the shower pitter-pattering on the ceiling in the morning. Other small improvements - towels were new but very thin and soaked after a shower; there was no magnifying mirror nor shower gel. It could do with some cushions for the sofa/garden chairs - just some little touches of comfort that would make the stay feel better.

Todo muy nuevo y bonito. Bien decorado . Bien equipado. Los anfitriones muy atentos y amables

El apartamento lo estrenamos nosotros, todo nuevo , mobiliario y menaje .
