About this apartment rental
Our house is unique. Located in the town’s historic center, you’ll enjoy nature as well as your stay in a 19th-century home—a former barn and stable—that has been lovingly restored using natural materials (wood, clay, and stone), while preserving the original walls. Outdoor terrace with a small pool and magnificent views.
Construction is currently underway on a neighboring house, Monday through Friday mornings, which may cause some inconvenience beyond our control.

A 19th-century house, formerly a barn and stable, restored using natural materials (wood, clay, and stone) while preserving the original walls. Outdoor terrace with a small pool and magnificent views.
The peaceful setting of this rural house in the Barrio de la Morería neighborhood, at the foot of Constantina Castle, guarantees you a rest like few others you’ve ever experienced. In fact, you’ll have the chance to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city and unwind. At the same time, you’re just 7 km from some of the most famous cities and towns in the Sierra Morena and iconic spots that are perfect for day trips and taking a refreshing dip in the Rivera del Hueznar.
The house is steeped in a rustic atmosphere, thanks to its charming furnishings, wood-beamed ceilings, and stone and brick details found throughout the property.
The living area, featuring a fireplace and high ceilings, includes two comfortable sofa beds, armchairs, and a Smart TV, as well as a fully equipped built-in kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.), and a bathroom with a shower. It also has Wi-Fi and a remote work area at your disposal.
A staircase leads to the attic with a sloped ceiling, where there is a bedroom with a double bed.
There is another suite on the first floor with two beds, a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a spacious shower.
It also features a laundry room with a washing machine.
Outside the house, you’ll find a spacious and charming terrace with a dining area, offering picturesque views of Constantina and its mountains.
However, the icing on the cake is the pool located on the terrace. From here, you can enjoy even better views. Two lounge chairs offer the perfect spot to sunbathe and relax after a dip in the cool waters of the shallow pool, ideal for swimming with your children.

The house is available for exclusive use, so guests can enjoy the home and pool with complete privacy.
Sleeps 4 adults in 2 90-cm beds and 1 135-cm bed, plus 2 85-cm sofa beds.

As this is a renovated historic home, the property is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
The house is set up for four people. If necessary—though this is not ideal—it could accommodate two additional children, who would sleep on two sofa beds in the living room.
