New comfortable hotel

New hotel a bit south of the airport. Comfortable and clean.

I asked for airport transfer two days before the stay and I only received a Namasde more than two hours after checking out.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay at Marriot bonvoy.

The property location is on the highway which is the best thing.Its a newly built hotel so the hotel has all new inbuilt facilities and modern eqipments.The staff is friendly and cooperative.The smiles on their face shows humbleness and kindness in their behaviour and they are always ready yo help the guests.

Only thing lacking is the storage almirah in the room.

Had an amazing stay, highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay during travels.

Service staff were delivering all the time. Anything we needed, it was there as soon as we asked. Rooms are larger from 17th floor upwards. It is a new hotel established in August 2025, beautiful views of the city from the room and the restaurant on the 20th floor. Food is always freshly prepared and served. Breakfast buffet is priced at 900 rupees per person and is totally worth it! They have a well equipped gym on the 15th floor too. Laundry service is not expensive either!

The restaurant and bar are not coordinated well on the billing process. Found one member of the staff at the bar highly incompetent. Other than that, everything was great.

Perfect spot for departing from Jaipur international airport

A useful place to stay very close to airport - just there a short while whilst waiting for an early morning flight. Staff were lovely, hotel clean, restaurant had nice food at reasonable price. All good.

Brilliant customer service from a team of caring hotel staff

All the staff were extremely helpful - very good customer service from everyone including the chef and his team, the housekeeping staff, door staff and front desk staff. Clean, modern room. I felt very looked after and supported.

The street noise is a bit noisy - I was on the 17th floor and it was still quite loud.

Unpleasant experience

Terrible experience by being woken up at 12.15am by receptionist saying that our tv was blaring whereas we were fast asleep Could not sleep the whole night after that. 10am laundry man came knocking the door. Staff needs a lot more training to understand hospitality!!!!!

Tornerò sicuramente

Ho scelto questo hotel per la posizione tra l'aeroporto e la zona industriale. Cercavo un hotel di alto standard dove non dovermi preoccupare di niente dato che sono una donna un viaggio d'affari da sola. Le mie aspettative sono state pienamente soddisfatte. Camera al 16° piano, ampia e organizzata anche con asse e ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, cioccolatini di benvenuto ecc. Colazione ottima, si trova di tutto, soprattutto indiano, ma puoi anche mangiare frutta, yogurt, pane e Nutella. Personale gentilissimo, fin troppo accudente. Peccato che non possano per regolamento aiutare nelle prenotazioni uber, ma mettano a disposizione solo auto Fairfield, su prenotazione, che costa circa 10 volte un uber. Ma il pickup in aeroporto a mezzanotte a 10 euro è stato assolutamente gradito. Non aspettatevi una grande vista sulla città. Gli edifici che si possono vedere dall'alto non hanno niente di speciale

Nonostante la camera fosse al 16° piano e l'insonorizzazione del serramento tra le migliori sperimentate in india, ho sentito comunque un.pochino di rumore del traffico. E dei piccioni che vivono sul parapetto del 15° piano!

Ok maar niet zo goed kunnen slapen

Het hotel heeft potentieel om een goed hotel te zijn mits wat aanpassingen. De kamer was ruim en goed ingericht. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en gedienstig

Ik had een kamer op de 14de verdieping. De ramen zijn enkel glas. Het hotel is gelegen aan een drukke baan en het luide getoeter dag en nacht stoorde mijn nachtrust. Het poetspersoneel had duidelijk geen zin om veel te werken en de kamers waren niet vuil maar ook niet echt proper. Een gebruikte tandenborstel in de kamer is niet echt ok. Het management had wel oor naar onze opmerkingen.
