The apartment is an absolute credit to the the owner and communication before and during my stay was excellent. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The balcony was particularly nice with a view overlooking the swimming pool and golf course. I've stayed at the complex on many occasions and it's a particular favourite. Not only is it meticulously well maintained, it's peaceful and secure too. The apartment is also well appointed - sitting midpoint between the restaurants and bars residing close to the San Miguel Marina and San Blas. Free secure parking was also a very welcome surprise - a bit of a rarity when renting in Golf del Sur. For anyone using public transport, nearby bus stops take you direct to the airport, Los Cristianos, the fish restaurants of Los Abrigos or the surfing scene of El Medano and are a mere 5 minutes walk away. For anyone strictly self catering, there are small Hiperdino, Dialprix and Covarin supermarkets within a few minutes walk. However, if you're able, visit the larger Mercadona, Hiperdino and Lidl supermarkets at Las Chafiras which offer much better value and choice. All in all then, absolutely excellent and highly recommended.

We always want to improve, so I like to offer something positive which may benefit the owner. The only thing I could think of that might be of value, would be considering fitting a blackout curtain in the bedroom. The bedroom faces the car park which is lit with security lights at night, as a result the bedroom can be a little bright when trying to sleep.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Le logement est moderne, très propre et parfaitement équipé. La literie est particulièrement confortable, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. L’appartement est situé dans un environnement calme et agréable, idéal pour se détendre. La piscine est un vrai plus, bien entretenue et très appréciable pour se rafraîchir et profiter du soleil. Nous avons également apprécié la décoration soignée et le confort général du logement. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement à toute personne recherchant un séjour paisible dans un cadre agréable et moderne. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
