Die Wohnung liegt nahe an der Weser in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Auch In die City ist es zu Fuss oder mit der Tram nicht weit. Einen Bäcker gibt es um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber für 2 Personen ausreichend. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein (Teller, Gläser, Besteck). Aber das mindert nicht die insgesamt positive Beurteilung.

Klein und sauber
Die Uhren waren nicht richtig eingestellt und die Nachttischlampen gingen nicht. Das Bett war sehr hart.

L'appartamento non era molto grande, ma ben organizzato, accogliente e pulito Dotato di tutti i confort e di comodo ascensore,. In un'ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro, sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici
A volte si sentiva cattivo odore, di fumo di sigaretta, nei corridoi del palazzo che ospita la struttura.

Bad ist sehr unsolide, kein Siphon unter dem Waschbecken sondern nur Schlauch, Duschtür kann nicht geschlossen werden, winziges Spülbecken in der Küche eignet sich nicht zum Spülen des Geschirrs, Schrankfronten sehr klebrig, kleiner Kleiderschrank, keine Haken für Garderobe, Grundreinigung unzureichend
