Erittäin selvä ohje Whatsupilla valokuvineen avainten ja parkkihallin kaukosäätimen saamiseen. Hyvä parkkihalli. Parveke sisäpihalle antaa kohtuullisen sateensuojan. Hyvä sijainti vanhan kaupungin lähellä.
Huoneissa pitäisi olla valoverhot, koska muuten ei ole yksityisyyttä verhot auki. Olohuoneen vaalea matto ei ollut nähnyt pesua vähään aikaan, tai koskaan.

Ideale ligging, je loopt zo vanaf het appartement langs het water waar allemaal restaurants en biergartens zijn. Ligging zelf is rustig, geen last van de omgeving. Parkeren onder het gebouw. Balkons zijn fijn, maar uitzicht niet bijzonder. Je kijkt op binnenplaats van het gebouw en tegen andere appartementen tegenover.
Parkeergarage is small. Was wat onduidelijk dat je eerst de sleutel uit kluisje moet halen, dan naar het appartement moet voor de afstandsbediening en dan kun je de parkeergarage in.
