Bon rapport qualité prix. Petit mais fonctionnel. Le Mobilier et le lit sont de qualités. Métro et bus à 5 minutes.
Isolation avec le couloir pas terrible (rez-de-chaussée). Mais immeuble dans l'ensemble calme.

Appartement très fonctionnel, bien agencé et bien décoré, on s’y sent très bien. La localisation est aussi un vrai plus, le quartier est agréable et proche de plusieurs lignes de métro.

Bien situé proche des transports en commun et quartier agréable. Logement récemment rénové
Espace très bien optimalisé mais vraiment trop petit lorsque le canapé es déplié. Nous y sommes restés trois nuits. Niveau sanitaire c’est très étroit et tout est mouillé après la douche malgré le rideau (trop court) Vis à vis inconfortable dans la vie de vie car on voit tout de extérieur (voisin en face à l’étage) un simple store ne serait pas du luxe pour notre intimité. Qui plus est, logement au pied de l’escalier et à l’entrée du bâtiment …l’insonorisation est inexistante et on est réveillé tôt le matin vu la circulation dans le bâtiment
