Ferienwohnung in Andritz

Sajnos nagyon zajos a főút miatt, és mobilklíma van.

Lage ist außerhalb Graz Stadt, Bushaltestelle 50 m entfernt, sehr praktisch und unkompliziert. SPAR ist direkt daneben. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir waren nur eine Nacht, würden jederzeit diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Good location: very convenient to public transport and a grocery store (right next door) as well as the Andritz Hauptplatz. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The decor of the apartment was lovely. Bed was very comfortable. It was great to be able to use the clothes washer to wash clothes.

The apartment is located right next to a busy main street, so it is noisy with the windows open. A white noise machine at night is very helpful. Also, to access the apartment, we had to download an app to use an electronic unlocking system to get in and out of the apartment and the front door of the building. Thankfully I had an internet data plan for my phone so we could get in and out of the apartment and the building. We were not notified of this until the day we arrived in Austria.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und es hat auch alles funktioniert. Der Zugang über eine Schlüssel-App war einfach und unsere Ansprechperson war per Mail und Handy erreichbar für Fragen. Der Weitblick aus dem Fenster ist sehr schön. Der Weg zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist angenehm und nicht weit.

Verkehr: Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer stärker befahrenen Straße. Wenn man wie wir gern bei offenem Fenster schläft, dann stört der Verkehrslärm, wenn man ihn nicht gewöhnt ist. Lampen: Die Lampen waren zum Teil nicht einzeln einschaltbar. Wenn man z.B. die gemütlichere Lampe über dem Esstisch nur gemeinsam mit der sehr hellen Deckenlampe einschalten kann, dann ist es insgesamt wieder ungemütlich. Ähnlich in der Küche. Oder wir haben den Trick nicht gefunden. Aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ware beide Dinge für uns jetzt nicht so gravierend.
