場所がよかった。
夏はどこもかしこも工事現場ばかりで交通機関がいつもと違うルートで不便だった。

Alles bestens, sehr freundliche Vermieterin, auch noch zu Fuß Innenstadt gut erreichbar, sehr sauber, Straßenbahn um die Ecke, alles da was man im Alltag braucht, Küche gut ausgestattet, Bad sehr schön, Supermarkt und Bäcker um die Ecke, bei Nachfragen Vermieterin jederzeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit,
Es gibt öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten ca. 5 min entfernt, immer 11 € am Tag, muss man planen oder rechtzeitig nachzahlen, Straßenbahn einfache Fahrt 3,10 € in 2025, Balkon sehr schön, leider wenig Sonne wegen ziemlich nördlicher Ausrichtung, dafür schöner Blick in großen grünen Hinterhof, man kann auch dort Sonne tanken oder auf vielen vielen Bänken in Graz
