Enter this unit up a flight of stairs on the second level. The living area has a sofa sleeper, side chair, flat screen TV and a large window overlooking the valley floor. The dining area has ample seating for six, and the open floor plan kitchen has a sliding door to the balcony. Unit contains a full washer/dryer.
Off of the living room is a short hallway with entrances into the bedrooms and a hallway bathroom with a large shower. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with jetted tub and king bed. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed and flat-screen TV. The condo includes high-speed internet and one garage parking space. Please note: No oversized vehicles are permitted - no cars 19 feet long or taller than 7 feet 8 inches will fit in the space.
The Sundance condos are conveniently located in Telluride on the west side of town and are walking distance to downtown and nearby restaurants. A free shuttle stops close by.
