Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed into a large, inviting living room with plenty of light. The living room has a large flatscreen TV, Roku and a queen sofa sleeper. The adjacent kitchen has a breakfast bar with several stools for additional seating and the inviting dining room table seats four. The updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and everything needed to complete a full meal. A bedroom and bathroom are located down the hall at the back of the residence. The bedroom features two twin beds (can be made into a king) and the bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Stackable private laundry is also available on the first floor. On the second floor of the residence is the second bedroom, a large private master. This room features a king bed, flatscreen TV, ensuite bathroom and double doors leading out to a fabulous deck.
