Villa in Golf Resort with Shared Pool

We had a lovely stay at this villa in Bouznika. The location is a real highlight — just a short stroll from the beach, which made for easy, relaxed days. The interior design is modern and tasteful, and small touches like the Nespresso machine in the kitchen were a nice bonus. The A/C worked well throughout our stay, which we appreciated given the heat. What really stood out was the service. When we mentioned that one of the shower heads was broken, someone was sent to fix it within a few hours. Even after check-out, when we realised we'd forgotten a few things, the manager went out of their way to coordinate a pick-up — the cleaning lady even stayed longer to meet our friends and arrange it. That level of responsiveness and care really made a difference.

A couple of things could be improved: the padel court and swimming pool are a bit further than expected (around a 10-15 minute walk), so worth knowing in advance if that's a priority for you. Lighting was also a little harsh in some rooms — a warmer bulb or a table lamp option in the bedrooms, and a softer light in the bathroom, would make the space feel cosier. Cleanliness was generally good, though a few corners could have used a bit more attention. Wifi worked fine with 1-4 people connected, but got noticeably slower/saturated when all 8 of us in the house were using it at once — worth keeping in mind for larger groups. Overall, a comfortable villa with a great team behind it — we'd happily consider staying again.

Great location with a really nice residence vibe. The facilities are excellent, especially the football and padel courts. Perfect spot to enjoy and relax
