Perfect location for viewing Nebuta festival - parade route is literally outside front door. We managed to get seats for fireworks and despite being seniors were able to walk to and from the waterfront location.
We could only get a double room which was small but we made it work.
Double room is Very small. We are Americans who have visited Japan quite a few times and are used to smaller rooms in business hotels but this one was smallest we’ve ever stayed in.

Fantastic breakfast. Located near a bus stop for easy access. Rooms are on the older and smaller side, but does the job perfectly fine for a short stay.
The smell of old cigarette smoke in the hotel corridors may put some people off.

整體舒適度比預期的好很多！房間雖小了點但是設備齊全乾淨，兩人住雙人床還可以開一個半大行李箱
早餐很棒！完全不輸許多高級飯店的早餐，很多在地料理
飯店人員也都很友善，還幫忙我們預約出發當天去車站的計程車，很感謝～
離車站有一點距離，但附近就有一兩個公車站很方便！
廁所馬桶小了點，和門的距離比較近
冷熱水是分開的水龍頭，比較不好調穩定的溫度，但都還可以接受

The location is good. A mile from the station, and there are some places close by to get food. The Nabuta Matsuri goes right outside the front door ñ.
It's old, like 20+ years old. It really could with updating, everything just seems tired.
