Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna. Blisko centrum, blisko sklepów. Wszędzie blisko. Bardzo dużym pozytywem jest zadaszone miejsce parkingowe. WIFI, telewizor, lodówka, pralka.
Ostatnie piętro a na dachu mnóstwo mew. Okropny hałas, piski całą dobę. Czystość mieszkania pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Brak balkonu aby powiesić mokre rzeczy do wyschnięcia. Gniazdka powyrywane, wiszące na kablach. Brak szafki nocnej przy łóżku ponieważ łóżko jest od ściany do ściany. Kanapa w salonie w bardzo kiepskim stanie, uszkodzona oraz niemiłosiernie brudna. Nieprzemyślane miejsca na wieszaki na ręczniki w łazience.
