Świetna lokalizacja, mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Na pewno jeszcze skorzystamy z pobytu w tym obiekcie.
Jedyne czego mi brakowalo to pułki na kosmetyki w łazience.

Huśtawki na tarasie są zgniłe. Ta huśtawka która jest podwieszona - jest po prostu niebezpieczna - zgniła, brakuje 1 deski. Zamki w drzwiach zarówno do mieszkania jak i do klatki wspólnej są zużyte. Generalnie cały apartament jest zużyty, wygląda trochę gorzej niż na zdjęciach. Czułem pod bokiem 1 sprężynę w materacu

Bardzo słaba akustyka w budynku (wszystko słychać). Łóżko jest koszmarne, strasznie skrzypi przy każdym ruchu. Wszędzie chodzą mrówki.
