Super lokalizacja, winda w obiekcie, parking, widok na morze (niewiele, ale widać).
Woda wyciekająca spod prysznica, za wysoko rozmieszczone szczeble do wejścia na górne łóżko.

Mieszkanie wygodne, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - blisko do deptaka i plaży. PARKING podziemny więc auto było czyste od początku do końca wyjazdu (a mewy potrafią bardzo nabrudzić co widać na autach stojących pod chmurką). Winda w budynku. Przyjemna okolica, blisko do sklepu żabka.
Podczas brania prysznica niestety gdzieś są nieszczelności i woda wypływa na zewnątrz, brakuje trochę więcej światła w łazience i dużego lustra w mieszkaniu. W pokoju gdzie stoi piętrowe łóżko - ciężko się do niego trochę dostać w tak małym pomieszczeniu

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do morza, sklepów, punktów gastro, parking podziemny, winda, płyta indukcyjna, lodówka, ręczniki.
Brak normalnego zamykania drzwi klamką, po wejściu, trzeba kluczem zamknąć zamek, brak diod, ( żarówek, w łazience, w oświetleniu kuchni i lampce nocnej, uszkodzone dolne podświetlenia szafek w kuchni i oświetleniu bocznym ściany.
