It's a large apartment, and everything else everyone mentioned on the reviews. I love the coffee machine and the fact that there was a hand mixer which allowed me to make my bullet proof coffee (coffe mixed with butter). Across the street, in front of the house, you can catch a bus to go anywhere for 45 cents.
No mirror in the bathroom. It's hard to shave without one. The front door lock is a pain. However, I was told that it's going to be replaced by another one.

Although the location is not bad, it is a little far from the center, but close to Laginha beach. Taxis are very cheap so it's not a big inconvenience either. It has a very well-stocked supermarket opposite, for Cape Verdean standards, and a bakery, which is very practical.

Foi uma excelente experiencia tendo em conta que a propriedade fica proximo de tudo o que precisava, fica mesmo no centro da zona de chã de Alecrim, com um ou dois minutos temos a paragem de autocarros, dois minimercados, padarias, ginasio, roulotes, e a grande vantagem de estar a 10minutos a pé da linda Praia da Laginha, por isso posso considerar uma optima escolha para quem precisa de um lugar com acesso facil. A casa não é nova mas esta muito bem cuidada e é muito limpa, Quanto ao preço achamos que esta em conformidade com a qualidade do serviço. Tambem por estar ao pé da estrada tem uma pequena desvantagem que é o barulho dos carros até uma certa hora.
