Good level of cleanliness, beds are very comfortable and nice linen.
Good location, a few minutes' walk to the seafront and shops.
Good communication with the host, very helpful.
There was a problem with the boiler ( only discovered the morning of the stay and engineer was onsite when we arrived), which meant no hot water, but we were offered a full refund if we didn't wish to stay. However, as we did, we received a discounted rate. The host was extremely apologetic, but this was something out of their control, so I can't downgrade my review based on just this.
The only other issue was the sofa bed, not really for an older child or adult, mattress extremly thin and uncormfortable, might be ok for a small child.
