Quite noisy at night as rooms are next to very busy entrance so the noise of mopeds and the gate opening a lot is loud.

The property was nice, bed comfortable, with small kitchenette for fast meals.
There is no communication with nobody from the property, either by phone or booking.
The only person that was good was the housekeeper that helps us during our stay.
The AC is very noisy but I believe is almost the same in most places is Philippines.
There is a lot of roosters around, be ready to hear them from 3am till morning.
Far from center and if you don’t rent bike is far from everything
Room is not getting clean during the full stay, meaning you will need to make your bed, and buy your own toilet paper.
