Great value for money, the place is clean and has most things you need. The host is really nice and responsive, we asked to check in early which depended on when the tenant before us left but the host kept us updated throughout. The bed is nice and comfortable and the tv has youtube. There's also a shared pool that looks nice but we never used it as had friends staying 2 minutes down the road with a private pool.
The wifi is a little slow but works fine. The location is a little further from Tagbilaran for shops and malls and Alona beach for touristy beach stuff but there are plenty of Grab taxis available on the island and we never had trouble getting anywhere.
