Good location, great ambiance but HORRIBLE STAFF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The modern feel
The staff didn’t return my deposit or email me a receipt after asking several times about it to the staff and they told me to call and ask another person, I did and that person said they would send it immediately and they lied because I still haven’t received it.

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended!
I stayed at Five Studios and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay – from the king-size bed to the fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. The A/C worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the location is very quiet yet close to Ramstein Air Base. The hosts were friendly and the manager called to ask, if I need anything and was very helpful. I felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. I can recommend the stay and will definitely come here again!

Das Studio ist modern, stilvoll und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Besonders das große King Size Bett, die voll ausgestattete Küche und das moderne Bad mit Regendusche haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Lage nahe der Ramstein Air Base ist perfekt, ruhig und gleichzeitig sehr gut erreichbar.
Es gab eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden.

Absolute Top-Unterkunft in Ramstein! Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in The Five Studios! Das Apartment war neuwertig, sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – inklusive Klimaanlage, komfortablem Bad und praktischer Küche. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Preis-Leistung einfach top!

Nie wieder.
Die Unterkunft war sauber und geräumig. Das Bett war herrlich fest/hart ( ich mag das ).
Der Zugang zu der „Garage“ war absolut dunkel, nicht eine Lampe war an. Bungalow ist es allerdings laut dem Hotel. Die Unterkunft mit Premium zu bezeichnen halte ich für eine Frechheit. Gut, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle ist vorhanden. Ein TV auch, nur funktioniert der leider nicht über Sat, sondern nur via Internet. Leider funktionierte das Einloggen ins www weder über TV noch über Handy oder Tablett. Check out ist erst ab 8 Uhr… Dann wurde das Zimmer erst kontrolliert ob etwas von den vorher geforderten 200€ Kaution einbehalten werden kann. Soetwas ist mir in jahrelanger Monteurtätigkeit noch nicht vorgekommen.

Das Badezimmer.
Ich musste eine Kaution hinterlegen was bei der Buchung nichts erwähnt wurde und für das nachfüllen vom Getränke wie Kaffee Tabs wird 10 Euro fällig. Diese bungalow wird vom Atlantishotel betrieben. Wenn man früher abreist, gibt's kein Geld zurück 🔙. Es ist manchmal zu laut, da Flugzeuge über fliegen.

Schöne, neue, moderne Zimmer, superschönes Bad mit schönen Einrichtungen. Sehr gemütlich. Hervorheben muss man den ersklassigen Kundenservice. Sehr sauber.
