Offbase Lodging No8

The location was great in the downtown area so that everything was easily within walking distance. Security was also really well thought out and I felt safe there. There was free parking just down the road that made driving there and to Ramstein AF Base really easy and convenient. The studio apartment was perfectly sized for 1 or 2 people and it had all the comforts you needed with a well stocked kitchen and a great attached bathroom.

I specifically filtered for a space that had laudry facilities included. After arriving and reviewing all the instructions I was not made aware that use of laundry was only included for long term stays and that I did not have access to it. As I did not know this I went ahead and starting a load of laundry only to be met afterwards with missed calls and notifications from the property manager that I should not have used it, should hae asked for permission and that they would now charge me 10 euros for use of the washer and dryer. She was rude and made me feel very uneasy as I later saw that they had cameras in that area. It made the rest of my stay a little nerve racking that I would do something else incorrect and get another verbal lashing. I would not have minded requesting and paying to do the laundry if this was stated anywhere in the instructions through Booking.com or in the apartment itself. They had clear instructions for just about everything else. Hopefully they add that in the future. As I had a short stay it was decent here and would recommend it for convenience and comfort.

Very comfortable apartment in the close vicinity of Ramstein AIrbase. Good value for money. Near the town centre, short walk to restaurants and other facilities.

El apartamento es espectacular, bonitos detalles, me he sentido muy agusto aquí.

Sinceramente todo estaba muy bien.
