Patiko vieta, visai šalia centras. Kambarėlis neseniai suremontuotas, toje pat erdvėje dušas, tualetas, mini virtuvytė, šilto vandens pakankamai. Yra ir didelis telikas (TV tik internetu), sound sistema, Led apšvietimas. Palyginti nedidelė kaina, šeimininkas stengėsi spręsti problemas.
Trims asmenims per maža erdvė, tinka nebent vienam-dviem. Siaura, kieta lova (reikia vežtis savo antčiužinius). Vidus suremontuotas, tačiau pats pastatas senas, viduj jaučiasi kažkoks sunkiai nusakomas kvapas (lyg dujų, lyg seno namo), kas bijot vorų - irgi nepatiks, nes jų čia pilna... Nesaugiai pajungtos dujos, šlanga įvesta pro namo sieną, maskatuojasi, buvo baisoka naudotis. Kiemelis apžėlęs, ilgiau gyvenant palaikyti švarą gana sunku. Buvo problemų ir su Wi-Fi ryšiu.
