4/4 aukštų, sunku užlipti, jei daiktų daugiau. Vasarą košmariškai karšta, nėra nei kondicionieriaus, nei pastatomo vėjelio. Vanduo iš čiaupų bėgo itin sunkiai, pakėlus dušo galvutę vos vos lašneno.
