Great location. All tourist attraction nearby. Rooms are tidy and we were 3 persons. Every person is polite

Beware of the hotels nearby as they can grab you by giving competitive rates

Nothing to dislike

The location is good. It's walking distance from the Golden Temple and Jaliawalla Bagh. The staff was helpful enough to arrange us a cab for entire day to roam around and see places. They were well behaved.

There was no room service. There was no phone in the room to call one either! We had to call them from our mobile phones to ask for anything. The room are Okay-ish.. not very good but ok if you want to save some money in the trip. The bedding was not very clean.. that was a huge problem for me. I had to adjust though. Tv wasn't working. The price was a little too much according to the services and cleanliness was concerned. They didn't even provide basic things in the room like proper toiletries.. just gave us some soap bars. No tea/ coffee station in the room. No slippers. The towel even though provided wasn't clean to use! Thankfully I took ours with us. They even gave us a different room that costs less than what we paid for. The bathroom door knob was broken. After we confronted them they said all rooms are booked. Howerver after a little persuasion,and stating that we paid the entire amount for a particular room , they gave us another room which was a little better. However not up to the mark! But it just made up as the location was good. And you can literally walk to the landmark places like Golden Temple and Jaliawalla Bagh and roam in the market..
