Ohhhh ...stay was amazing so comfartable and lavish, I will strongly recommend it as its providing friendly environment, staff was responsible and every service which hotel was providing was outclass.

The location is good, with nearby facilities, and the room rates are relatively cheap. The daytime staff and the lady at reception were kind and respectful.

The room we had booked was not ready when we arrived, so we had to wait in another room. The AC was switched on from outside only after multiple requests. There was no UPS backup, and the staff took 3–5 minutes to start the generator whenever the power went out. There were no blankets or bedsheets in the room. When we requested them, the staff said they would arrive from the laundry soon, but they were provided only at 9:30 pm, after multiple reminders. The night-duty staff were quite unprofessional. They talked loudly on the phone and among themselves outside our room late at night, disturbing the children. I eventually had to go outside and ask them to stop. They remained rude for the rest of our stay.
