Für uns war es das perfekte Appartement. Klein und fein. Küche hatte alles was man so braucht zur Selbstverpflegung. Tolle Dusche. Voll praktisch Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das war mein Highlight.

Ich würde das Sofa austauschen. Es ist total durchgelegen.

Once in the flat it was absolutely fine, very comfortable bed I slept like a baby. Shower excellent, had all amenities needed, lots of little nice touches like the water and sweets etc

Location but I knew it was further out of town when I booked. In the flat there was quite a bit of smelly stuff as in air freshner/candles, but each to their own i personally dont like that. The fridge doesn’t close well so I’d reccommend a note on it for future tenants saying to make sure it’s shut. I’d suggest putting a “watch your head” sign on the air pipe thing above the desk/table, I could imagine someone hitting themselves on it and trying to get a free cheque from it.. and the only other thing to note is the front door guard chain is coming off the wall and i could imagine it wouldnt take much for someone breaking in to force it out the wood

This accommodation has basically everything you would need as well as a few extra touches by the owners. Great place.

The surrounding area can be abit of a culture shock and daunting for people like myself from across the pond. However that isn't the owners fault!

Das Apartment befindet sich quasi im Keller der Vermieterin! Es hat jedoch einen separaten Eingang und ist komplett eigenständig! Es befindet sich im Apartment alles was man sich wünscht! Es war auch sauber.

Die Lage war für mich absolut katastrophal! Es ist eine reine Wohngegend! Die Umgebung war für mich nicht schön, hab mich nicht wohl gefühlt! Mit den Uber ist man aber in ca 20 Minuten in Downtown.
