La ubicación y tranquilidad.
La falta de aire frío. Estamos en un cambio climático y hay que adaptarse. Se lo dijimos al responsable y dijo que no era normal esta calor y que bajemos las persianas en vez de proporcionar algo que no fueran los ventiladores que había ya que solo mueven aire caliente. Estaba la habitación a 31°.
Es un loft en lo que todo está a la vista menos el baño.

L'appartement est tout neuf, super bien équipé, bien placé et l'hôte très arrangeant!
Petit plus pour le parking, hyper pratique quand on a une voiture !

Apartamento pequeño pero más que suficiente para dos personas. Cómodo, decorado con mucho gusto y al que no le falta detalle. La ubicación es excelente y poder dejar el coche en el garaje de la misma finca no tiene precio.... y, por si fuera poco, añadir que las indicaciones y entrega de llaves fue a la perfección, Sandra es muy agradable y nos atendió muy bien.
No puedo quejarme de nada

Удобная отлично расположенная квартира, все есть, все чистое и работающее
Небольшие недочеты: не очень удобно расположены электророзетки. В квартире нет кондиционера (хотя в Овьедо он редко необходим)
