Very spacious with all necessary equipment for our stay. Beautifully and discreetly decorated, with attention to details. We arrived much earlier than their check-in time and our host Javiar was able to meet us in person and let us in the apartment. He walked us through the apartment facilities and provided lots of recommendations for things to do and see. There is a grocery store close by. The accommodation is on a quiet pedestrian street close to the centre and all the restaurants. The main bedroom and living room face another quiet somewhat pedestrian area, fill with light. I am a light sleeper, but during our stay there were not many people outside at night and it was quiet. Very comfortable stay.
A small kettle would have been nice for tea or tisane, although there was a work around.

It's in the very centre of Oviedo, surrounded by all kinds of amenities you can imagine in a city. It's big and fairly comfortable; the hosts are very friendly.
There were 2 main things:
1. Noise - probably something we could have expected, though it really was noisy.
2. Very strong sewage smell coming from one of the bathrooms, rendering it unusable, and the whole stay slightly uncomfortable.
To be fair, the hosts expressed their readiness to help with the smell but it might not have been possible as we stayed over the weekend (and the carnival weekend at that).

Apartamento muy cómodo y ubicado en el centro de OVIEDO, a una cuadra de un parqueo público. Totalmente equipado.
Javi nuestros anfitrión se porto muy atento en cada una de las preguntas que tuvimos.
Al estar ubicado en el centro, es un poco bullicioso los fines de semana.

Un lugar muy convenientemente ubicado, limpio, ordenado y con un buen gusto. El espacio era suficientemente amplio y agradable. La atención de los anfitriones fue excelente, muy atentos y amables, nos dieron buenas recomendaciones para visitar y comer. Los recomiendo ampliamente.
Todo me gustó.
