Good location, very central to the city. The room was clean and tidy. Bathroom and room were modern which was nice. Very large shower and the check process was very clear and easy to follow. Wi-Fi worked well in our room
Hidden additional cost of £48 for a ‘carefree stay’ or £240 deposit which we weren’t expecting as it was quite expensive for what it was - this would have been better to be made clear on the booking. No sink in the kitchen area, only the bathroom which meant it was hard to wash up. Our bed was very close to the ceiling - not great for tall people. The stairs were very steep and felt quite dangerous at night without a handrail. Annoying that you needed an app to access the check in.
