Room is clean, breakfast is good.
They need to add some laundry machines, one machine even needs repair during our stay and the dryer does'nt dry clothes well.

The hotel is fantastic with excellent services and facilities. It’s close to tourist attractions and the metro station. The breakfast is delicious. There is also a gym and laundry service available. Overall, everything is great. This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Guangzhou. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.

Cleanliness and have washing machine and dryer .Good service provided by the customer service
Hair found in some area of the room , below the hotel is smelly sometimes due to live seafood

The property was very good and clean. Staff was good
It’s so difficult to find the hotel. No board. We were lucky to find it as the name on the booking and the hotel name was different. This is an EKHO hotel but name on booking.com is different.
The shuttle service is not available all year around only on 2 months. That was misleading.
