Staffs were nice

Very slow internet service

It had simple and nice decorations. Location was central and easily accessible to shops, train and Liwan district streets.

On arrival they told us our family room was mistakenly double booked so we were given two twin rooms instead (my husband stayed with one son and I stayed with the other). We were given our family room the next day but our aircon stopped working after the first day. It wasn’t too hot so it was manageable but after three days of no aircon the temperature went up and it wasn’t comfortable so they moved us to another family room for the last two days of our stay. We stayed a total of 9 days. Moreover communication was not great before arrival. We told them we had booked online on bookings.com in July (for October), and will pay on arrival but they told us our booking price will not be honoured unless we pay first. There was also no option to pay prior to arrival after clicking pay on arrival. It caused us so much stress until we escalated it to the point where they finally agreed to honour the price.
