The cleanliness and facilities were very satisfactory, making my family feel comfortable staying there. The Care Taker Mr. Hassan, was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfortable and hassle-free accommodation.

Very bad and disappointing and certainly not worth the amount charged. Need refund.

Drawing room and other bedrooms were just okay

Bathrooms were very bad, bath tubs were old and has no shower curtains, water was not having free flow in the wash basin and it was blocked. Toilet seat were not clean and broken in places and washing pipe were leaking. There were no towel rails and no place to hang clothes in the bathrooms. Kitchen was not clean, cabinets were dirty and full of rubbish, there were not enough utensils and some of them were broken and not usable. When we tried to use washing machine drainage got blocked and water was all over. Bedrooms were not having places to keep suitcases and cabinets were not broad enough to hang clothes. The worst part is central AC was not working during our entire stays and some coolers were fixed by the provider instead which were noisy and not fit for purpose and we ended up with open windows for air which made the house very noisy and dusty. Overall it was a bad experience and not worth AED 12k+ paid for.

Clean Apartment with excellent location

Nice and clean Apartment , Staff was responsive. Beds were comfortable. Nice Wifi. Excellent Location near Dubai Exit. It had all the required facility a guest may need I would recommend it to any visitor wishes to have a quite and secure place to stay.

Close your eyes and rent it

Everything about this property is excellent. Th host is the best person. The owner keep asking me about anything we need. It has disability ramp. Everything closeby including LuLu hypermarket. Mobile shops 24 hour pharmacy, groceries, the scenery of the corniche. Great clean furniture and rooms. I highly recommend it to any family

Lovely apartment and Excellent Location

It was newly furnished apartment with luxury interior. Everything was top notch. We had a smooth easy check-in. This apartment is in most posh area of Sharjah called Al Majaz-3. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. I would love to come and stay again

Very Nice newly furnished apartment with beautiful interior. Rooms were clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. It had High speed wifi. Every thing was perfect. I like the location. Just 2 minutes walk to Buhairah Corniche and 1 signal away to Dubai enterance

شقه واسعه ونظيف

شقه واسعه جدا نظيفه لكن الاثاث في غرف النوم مستهلك قليلا احد الغرف ليس فيها تكييف ولكن تم وضع مراوح ارضيه عند كل سرير..ولان فترة الحجز كانت في الشتاء كان الوضع جيد

تم غسل الشراشف المستخدمه ونشرها في الصاله في وقت وصولنا ..كما ان الثلاجه في المطبخ كان فيها علب بقايا طعام ومنها علبة ثوم تبث رائحه مزعجه لا اعيب الشقه ف هي واسعه جدا ومناسبه لعائلتي لليله واحده

وصلنا متأخرين، وكان صاحب الشقة كريماً بما يكفي لاستقبالنا. كانت الشقة جميلة ونظيفة للغاية، وديكورها الداخلي رائع، والغرف مريحة. كما أن موقعها ممتاز بجوار مركز لولو التجاري

اول مرة أتعرض للنصب والاحتيال في حجزي عن طريق بوكينج

لم يعجبني أي شيء بل تعرضت للنصب والإحتيال

موقع الشقة كان يعطيني في احداثيات في مبنى آخر مطل على البحيرة ولكنه في الحقيقة كان في بناية قديمة جدا ، رقم مكان الإقامة مغلق فراسلت مكان الإقامة واخبرتهم بأن رقم التواصل الخاص بكم مغلق فتواصل معي شخص عبر الواتساب واخبرني ورسل لي احداثيات موقع الشقة والتي لم تكن مقابل البحيرة فقد كانت في مبنى قديم جدا وعندما رأيتها صابني الذهول فلم يكن التقييم الجيد جداً الذي نشر عنها مغاير تماماً عن الحقيقة نصيحة لا تنخدعوا وراسلت البوكينج واخبرتهم بإلغاء حجزي وبما وقع معي وبعد ضغطت نفسي قام مالك الشقة بمراسلتي واخبرني بقبول إلغاء حجزي بدون اية رسوم ولكن مضى على هذا الكلام ثلاثة أيام ولم أسترد المبلغ الذي دفعته حتى هذه اللحظة!!!
