Well equipped, nice environment, ideal and very comfortable for 4 adults and two kids.
Property is fine. Traffic on weekend is a big problem. Be early or patient.

Property was clearly being used to launder bed linen and towels in bulk. Bundles of laundry under the entrance steps. Utility room full of laundry, and dead wood lice on the floor. Washing machine full of dusters, tumble dryer full of towels.
