The View.. the view and the view! Proximity to the beach and room are also great.
Sadly it almost feels like because of thew view, the owners/managers have decided to drop the ball on maintenance and proper cleaning. From mouldy spots, cracking window frames, salt water damage, holes in ceilings, dishes left in the dishwasher, water left in the kettle, washing left in the drier (not sure if clean or not). Too many issues to mention. Needs a proper maintenance assessment and work as well as dismissing the current cleaners and engaging a proper, professional group. Just needs a lot of attention to detail (eg a mishmash of different bathroom amenities, most not matching and no shampoo at all!). Electrical issues with lights also obvious (roof water damage?).
