Amenities and location were great.

Initially, the leasing staff was less than expected in being helpful. They kept saying they don’t take care of anyone renting from The Landing. There was no orientation to the amenities. We had to figure it all out on our own. The Landing rep. was helpful to a point. We had difficulty understanding the apt. door lock as did our next door neighbor who also rented from Landing. Too much is assumed by Landing that the renter can just figure things out. There was a lot of frustration the first 24 hours which doesn’t sit well when we had been driving for two days.

The apartment was clean and tidy

The method of checking-in is not user friendly for non US residents with no onsite staff to assist or navigate the security requirements of Landing particularly frustrating after travelling from Australia. Additionally, organising parking was managed through a separate off-site operator through an app, this information was not advised before we arrived and became a frustrating process after a long travel process. No wifi was available for 7 of the 8 days of our stay as the login information was incorrect and Landing were not helpful in resolving. On one day returning to the apartment we found a service record notice in the kitchen, they had been let in by Landing without our knowledge and undertook a non-essential lamp change, this was quite disturbing to know 3rd party access was being provided. The amount of crockery provided was not sufficient unless the dishwasher was used daily, also limited frypan / saucepans were provided.
