We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, spacious, and perfect for me, my mom, and my 15-year-old daughter during our week-long stay for a track meet at the University of North Florida. The location was great—close to plenty of shopping and within walking distance of a fantastic Mexican restaurant that we enjoyed so much we went back several times during the week. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and would definitely book this property again the next time we’re in Jacksonville.

Impressed with the cleanliness and how convenient the location was to all we had to do. Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and the AC in the rental was great. Lots of little things (laundry detergent etc..) that made the stay comfortable. Would rent again!!

My mom and I stayed one night on a road trip. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and it was in a great location. It is very close to a train that was loud, but the last run was 11pm and then did not restart until 6:30 am, so we did get a good night's rest. I would highly recommend this cute little place!

Property was as described. easy in and out. close to restaurants and shopping. Unit was functionally clean, BUT someone had been smoking in there; cigarette smoke smell was very strong. I think the host did not know this and this could be easily fixed with an ozonator treatment.
