Haussmannian and Central - Montmartre and Sacré-Coeur

Beautiful apartment and peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Loved that one of the rooms had twos beds for our kids.

Having to go to a separate location to pick up keys was a challenge. We needed to pay a non refundable incidentals fee before checking in.

L'emplacement était parfait, petits commerces à proximité pour les courses du quotidien. La terrasse avec le balcon filant, tellement rare à paris.Le quartier était très sécurisé. La luminosité était exceptionnelle.Les commodités et l'accueil à l'arrivée avec le kit de cuisine, très pratique.

The place is beautiful, it looks just like the photos and is in an excellent location.

When we arrived, there was no heating and no hot water available. I contacted the hosts shortly after discovering this, however responses were slow and no practical solution or guidance was offered at the time. This situation was particularly problematic given that it was mid-winter in December, and we were travelling with a small baby and a toddler, for whom adequate heating and hot water are essential. The following day, we eventually located the boiler ourselves and turned it on. Had clear instructions been provided, this issue could have been resolved much earlier. Once the boiler was on, the heating began to work; however, the hot water supply remained insufficient. While there was some hot water, it was not enough for a proper shower or bath, which was again extremely inconvenient given our circumstances. Overall, the lack of basic amenities on arrival, combined with slow communication and the absence of clear instructions, significantly impacted our comfort and experience during the stay. We would expect essential services such as heating and hot water to be fully functional and clearly explained, particularly during winter and when hosting families with young children.
