Nice and spacious apartment! We loved it!

It took some time to watch the video telling me where to park my car and collect the keys,

Very good location

Pet cleaning fee not made obvious, and seems a bit excessive for one night at £50

It was large, clean but that about all

1. When we booked there was a clear note on our bookings page saying pets stayed free. However we got a note from the owner minutes after saying it was £50 extra. It was my feeling at the time that the host was trying it on! I had to get Bookings.com involved as the host wouldn’t reduce the drive or allow us to cancel. We were told the rules had changed and that they were going to update the site to reflect the additional cost for pets. However the site still says free pets even today! 2. On arrival we could not gain entrance to the parking and therefore the keys to the flat. All the issued codes were wrong and when we rung the hosts we were given different codes which still didn’t work. Eventually after talking to a handyman we eventually managed to get the codes and get entry. 3. At the time I asked if the gate for the garage would open automatically on leaving and I was told YES you do not need an access code for exit. We could not leave the complex and had to wait for another tenant in the same building to come down and tailgated them. 4. There was only one pan to cook with and that was very worn. No large bowls for salads etc. So for the money we paid it was not adequate and needed more thought going into things
