Beach Club #413

The condo is on the top floor of the building, you can see the pool and beach from the balcony. Beachy decor, granite countertops, looks like relatively new cabinetry. Popcorn ceiling and tiling throughout is a little bit 90s, but overall a nice place. Washer/dryer in unit (the small stacked kind). 2 hot tubs in the courtyard between the "wings" of the building - pool and hot tubs open 9/10am "until dusk" (we think they locked the gates to the hot tubs around 8pm). Hodnett Cooper management company will communicate with you by email/text/phone (depending on your preferences) plenty before and during your stay. The property has a tennis court as well. Short drive (you could even walk along the beach) to the downtown/Pier area. Recommend stopping by the Welcome Center near the Pier for information. Walk to popular East Beach and enjoy sunrise and sunset. Entry to the unit via keypad with a code - easy. January visit - warm enough for shorts on some of the days, bring a light jacket especially for walks on the beach.

The condo had most supplies, only thing we noticed missing was a dish sponge (glad we packed one). Wish the building had recycling bins (welcome materials say the bins are on the ground floor - they were not there and cleaning staff confirmed they don't have them).
