City Break Portovo by INA

All ok

No restaurants or coffee places near. Only Żabka and Lidl. Place is close to the centre, but still it is 4 bus stops to get there. I was working remotely and it would be nice to have a break for a coffee or meal just by walking, because I do not have time for a long lunch etc.

Locația se află la 20 minute de centrul Gdansk-ului . Poți să te deplasezi pe jos deoarece este o zonă sigură, luminată, liniștită și ușor accesibilă.

Nu am obiecții.

This is a new development which is still under construction, that means the units are new and still in good condition. I like the new buildings but they come with typical new construction poor livability and not great workmanship. The microwave and dishwasher look like they were brand new and never used before.

Half the units are not yet completed, that means there is on-going construction which is loud (woke us up in the morning with drilling and other noisy equipment). There were signs of poor construction in the unit (soap dispenser installed upside down and therefore broken, door stop was glued rather than screwed to the floor so it was broken off already, paint is just drywall cover and not proper wall covering paint etc). The unit seemed to have everything you needed but dig a bit deeper and you realize its not well equipped (there is a washing machine but no drying rack, there is no drying rack for dishes, there was one dull knife etc). Parking around the two buildings is catastrophic, far too few spaces for the number of cars.
