No parties or events. Respect for community standards, no music, no loud voices from 10pm until 9am. No smoking
Left the flat tidy, clean crockery, garbage in containers arranged on the street for it. In case of extreme dirt or disorder, a penalty will be charged.

IN TOURIST FEES AND MUST BE REGISTERED FOR ALL GUESTS.
Only, previously registered through online check-in, may only be accommodated by the reservation holder and number of guests on the reservation.
Remember that being a particular tourist apartment there is no hotel service so it will be delivered with basic products as a courtesy (toilet paper, gel, detergent..) until the guest makes their first purchases.
- Once check-in the guest has 1 hour to present any claim or disagreement due to lack of cleanliness, odors, humidity, etc., in order to apply the cancellation and refund of the reservation, after this time it is assumed that the guest is satisfied with the whole department especially with cleaning, with smells, humidity, with furniture.
