Apartment with large terrace recently renovated in the attic of a manor house listed heritage in the old case of Vilassar de Mar, 1 minute from the beach and the train station. It consists of two bedrooms one with double bed and another double with bunk, a bathroom and a living room-kitchen-dining room and a large terrace. The apartment is on the second floor without elevator, with wide access stairs; the main entrance and the stairs are shared with the inhabitants of the house, the rest of the apartment is totally independent. The ground is of hydraulic origin rehabilitated.
