The holiday home Uferruhe on the Schlei has been lovingly renovated and, with more than 140 square meters, offers space for up to 8 people. The direct access to the Schlei and the beach is ideal for family holidays! The bike path starts right at the house, so you can leave the car at home and be on the water with your family in just 5 minutes on foot. The holiday home has a large living room with a fireplace and TV, as well as terrace access with lounge furniture. The dining area and open-plan kitchen are directly adjacent to the living room and offer a cozy dining table with a view of the greenery. A bedroom with a double bed and additional TV, as well as the bathroom with a bathtub, are also located on the ground floor. Additionally, there is a darts room next to the bedroom with a large shelf offering many board games. From this room and the carport, you can access the rear, lush garden with patio furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. This garden area is ideal for guests with dogs, as it is fenced in. The hallway stairs lead to the first floor. The upper hallway features numerous built-in wardrobes, offering plenty of storage space, and a small office corner with a desk. There's also a small balcony here, which can be used for relaxing with large beanbags. Two bedrooms are also located on the first floor. One has a double bed and one has two single beds, which can also be put together. The shower room, with a daylight window, also offers a washing machine and an electric dryer. A carport is available for cars, or you can also park on the large driveway. There's space for a total of two cars. Bicycles can be stored dry on the rear property. Additional cars can be parked in front of the holiday home.
