VILLA COOPER ! Your perfect serene getaway destination set in a beautiful and peaceful 5 star resort!
Recently refurbished to a high standard, this luxury detached villa set over two floors has its own private plunge pool with a large terrace and garden. The villa is located in one of the best private golf resorts on the island, namely el Salobre Golf, boasting two 18 hole golf courses. El Salobre is enviably located in the South of Gran Canaria benefitting from the best of the islands weather.
The property has a garden with stunning views overlooking the surrounding mountains and golf course. The Villa is detached and designed to offer you privacy and exclusivity.
It floods with light most of the day perfect for sun worshippers offering; 4 sun beds, an outside eating area, breakfast area and at its heart a well sized plunge pool. We also offer 2 “SPECIALIZED” mountain bikes for you to explore the resort and two equipped golf bags for your convenience.
The open plan kitchen, dinning and living space visually connects with the exterior through large openable patio doors. A smart TV, fast WI-FI throughout the Villa and well resourced kitchen with American fridge allow for a comfortable and convenient stay. Downstairs, you will further find a large storage area and a sower with a WC. Towels and basic toiletries are provided throughout. We also provide a very comfortable sofa bed with an integrated mattress to accommodate more sleepers :) The electronic blinds operate on a motor and be controlled individually or altogether, they help control solar glare|gain without compromising all your view.
The staircase with impressive ceiling heights leads you to the upper level where off the hallway you will find the main bathroom and the two bedrooms. The main bedroom is queen sized and offers ample storage. It further leads to a large terrace with stunning views over the golf resort and a parcial distant sea view, and provides a perfect place for evening sun worshippers.
The second bedroom has two single beds to sleep your little ones! Both the bedrooms have black out curtains to allow for a perfect nights sleep!
The resort itself is exclusive and one of the most prestigious on the Island with 24/7 security; nearby you will find a mini-market for your convenience, a Mediterranean restaurant at the entrance and the 5 star Hotel Serenity & Spa. The Hotel is super equipped, offering a choice of several pools, restaurants and an array of Spa treatments. Needless to say to say you can book your round of golf at the Pro-shop and if you haven’t played the beautiful game before the Hotel organizes lessons at the Golf Academy located further up the mountain. Don’t forget to tell them you are a guest in the resort to avail a discount using certain facilities:)
You are perfectly situated on the warmest part of the Island, which offers an average anual daily temperature of 24 degree Celsius with over 300 sunny days a year.
